Where is my order?

Our standard shipping is dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class untracked. Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to arrive. If you order has not arrived after 2 weeks then please get in touch. It is only then that we can consider it lost and arrange a replacement or refund.

I need to change something on my order?

If you have entered the incorrect details for an order or missed something please let us know. We tend to send orders out the next working day so please let us know as soon as you can. You can call the studio directly on +44 (0)7449 709507 or emailcalvin@gostationery.net

There is an issue with my personalisation?

We are required to deliver your Personalised product to the exact text that you provide and therefore cannot take responsibility for any errors that you make in your choice of text, grammar, capitalisation and punctuation. Please ensure that you proof-check and edit your required text carefully before checkout. Personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to redeem my Sainsbury's Personalised notebook gift e-card?

1. Go to https://gostationery.net/collections/personalise-me
2. Select your notebook colour
3. Type your custom text into the highlighted box
4. Choose your preferred font style
5. Enter your shipping address details
6. Enter your e-code into the discount code box when prompted
7. Your beautiful notebook is on its way!

If your code is showing as invalid please consider the following factors:

  • The e-code is case sensitive so please ensure that it is entered exactly as shown.
  • Where possible try opening the link in a different browser e.g. Firefox or Chrome
  • If you are using a mobile device please try on a desktop PC or Mac

How to redeem my Debenham's Personalised notebook gift e-card?

Unfortunately, all Debenhams orders are no longer valid with us. We appreciate this can be frustrating please contact the merchant directly to answer any concerns that you may have.  

Damaged goods

We always ensure your orders are packaged with great care and attention and leave our studio in perfect condition. However, if there is anything we missed or there is any damage to your items please do let us know and we will rectify it as soon as possible.
